iWALL OSB SIPs PANEL

iWALL® OSB SIPs PANEL enables easy and fast installation for wooden and prefabricated buildings. SIP PANEL, a type of sandwich panel, consists of OSB boards as a support on the outer surfaces and PUR, PIR, EPS, XPS, rock wool or glass wool in the core. iWALL® OSB SIPs PANEL is an interior-exterior wall, roof, and floor element with load-bearing properties.

The boards in the shell of OSB SIP panels perform the static load-bearing function, and the insulating materials in the core filling perform the thermal insulation and load transfer function.

iWALL® OSB SIPs PANELs can be used in combination as wall, floor and roof panels in residential and other buildings. Applied structures take on the features of a mono-block system. Compared to reinforced concrete structures, they allow the manufacturing of durable, environmentally friendly, long-lasting structures completed much faster.

Osb layer with 122cm x 244cm dimensions is available in 11mm, 15mm and 18mm thicknesses. With the insulation filling in the core part, the total thickness of the system ranges from 60mm to 250mm. The type of core filling must match the climate and regulations of the intended region as well as targeted thermal and sound insulation performance.
